Keniox has a limited warranty. Our only obligation, enforced by this warranty,
is to take an immediate action in case of software defects. Warranty does not apply to software,
that has been used inappropriately or has been tampered with by third party.
We cannot promise that:
- Our software product will by running constantly and without defect.
- Our software product will by running with all other software, that our clients
may be using.
Limitations:
- Neither party will be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental,
or consequential damages in connection with or arising out of this warranty
(including, without limitation, loss of business, revenue, profits, goodwill,
use, data, electronically transmitted orders, or other economic advantage).
